Shipping
We ship with various carriers. Currently, our two primary carriers are UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) . Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material.
Important: We reserve the right to add a signature upon delivery requirement to all shipments. Customers can opt out by including direct instructions to the contrary on their order.

Missing / Wrong / Damaged Items
Eco-biotica takes great care in packing orders. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving the order.
Order Discrepancies: Missing items or wrong items must be reported within 5 days after receiving the order. All sales are final after five days.
Damaged Items: If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must:
Contact us within 5 business days after receiving the order and also
Immediately contact the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) to make a claim, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged packages. We will then file a claim with the carrier.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Eco-biotica LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on the customer’s cost).
However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.

Pick Up Orders
With prior arrangement via email or phone, orders can be picked up at the following two cations: <office max> Chanhassen MN or Office Max Eden Prairie.
During checkout, select the pickup option, identify preferred pickup location and desired pickup time.
Pickup date, time and location will be confirmed by email.
If you are a “no show”, Eco-biotica reserves the right to decline the pickup option on future orders.
Alternative pickup locations can be arranged for orders over $100 within a 30-mile radius of Chaska, MN 55318
Please note: you still need to place your order through our website so that we can prepare your order.

Return Policy
All sales are final. We cannot accept any returns nor issue any refunds. For damaged or defective items, see policy

Back Orders
All products are usually in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. Please advise us you desire the item back-ordered as out-of-stocks are not automatically back-ordered.

Sales Tax
We may charge you sales tax depending which state we will ship the order to. The tax rate depends on the state, county, and city you live in. We are using an automated sales tax system which determines your rate instantly in real-time.
